Acceptance
By downloading or using SparkReset you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Licence
ECONTEUR LLC grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use SparkReset on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use.
SparkReset Premium
SparkReset Premium is an auto-renewing subscription offered at $29.99 per year, with a 7-day free trial for eligible new subscribers, or $5.99 per month. Prices may vary by region and are shown in your local store currency before purchase.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when a subscription is purchased.

SparkReset offers general tidying, focus, and wind-down suggestions for everyday life. It is not medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice, and it is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. Work at a pace that is safe for you and stop any task that causes pain or risk.
Your content
Custom resets you write stay on your device. You are responsible for what you create and for anything you choose to share through your device's share sheet.
Disclaimer and liability
SparkReset is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. ECONTEUR LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Apple and Google
Apple and Google are not parties to these terms and have no responsibility for the app. Your use of the app is also governed by the terms of the store you downloaded it from.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted on this page. The licence ends automatically if you breach these terms or delete the app.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
