RaimCalls
RaimCalls makes the calls you keep putting off. It works the phone menu, waits on hold for you, and cancels, books or chases things for you. For your business, it answers your line day and night and books callers into your real calendar.
Created and designed by ECONTEUR LLC.
Runs on the Raimovia platform.
What it does
For busy people who hate phone queues, and for small-business owners who can't pick up every call.
- Call for meSay what you need: cancel a plan, chase an order, ask for a better price or make a booking. RaimCalls places the call, works the phone menu and waits on hold for you.
- Honest on every callIt tells the other side it is an AI, never shares passwords or card numbers, and never agrees to pay for anything.
- Answers your business line 24/7Eve or Adam picks up day and night, using your own services, prices and hours.
- Books into your real calendarCallers are booked straight into your calendar, not into a separate list you have to copy over.
- Texts drafted for youRaimCalls writes the text; nothing is sent until you tap Send. It only texts people who have agreed to hear from you.
- Ask your assistantAsk questions, keep to-dos and check your calendar in the same app.
- Bills, subscriptions and expensesKeep track of bills and subscriptions, log expenses and export them as PDF or CSV.
- Respectful calling rulesCalls to your own clients need their consent, happen only between 8am and 9pm their time, and STOP is always honoured.
- A business numberPaid plans come with a business phone number.
RaimCalls uses OpenAI for speech and understanding. The in-app consent screen names the provider before you start.
Plans are monthly in-app subscriptions: Personal $9.99 (no business line), Foundation $17.99, Rise $43.99, Reign $87.99 and Legacy $169.99 (US prices; your local price is shown in the app). Each plan lists its monthly voice minutes, calls, texts and hold time before you buy. The iPhone app, which includes a 7-day Foundation trial, is waiting for App Store review.

Where RaimCalls stands out
- Both directions in one appRaimCalls makes calls for you and answers your own line. Google and Pine only call out; the receptionist services only answer.
- Hold for Me without a PixelGoogle's Hold for Me needs a Pixel phone in one of five countries. RaimCalls waits on hold from its own app, on Android today and on iPhone once it is approved.
- Your admin in the same placeBills, subscriptions and expenses with PDF and CSV export live next to your calls. None of the receptionist services track these.
Where others are stronger (honestly)
- More minutes per dollar elsewhereRosie includes 250 minutes for $49 a month and My AI Front Desk 200 minutes for $99, against 125 live voice minutes on RaimCalls Rise at $43.99. If you only need answering, they give you more minutes for the money, and Smith.ai and Google have free plans.
- Human backup and specialist toolsSmith.ai and Ruby can hand calls to live receptionists and offer legal-practice integrations, and Pine specialises in bill negotiation.
Questions about RaimCalls
Is there an AI that waits on hold for you?
Yes. RaimCalls' Call for me waits on hold for you, using your plan's monthly hold minutes, and handles the call when someone picks up. Google's Hold for Me also waits on hold, but only on Pixel phones in Australia, Canada, Japan, the UK and the US.
Can AI call a business for me?
Yes. Google Search can call some US local businesses to check prices and availability. RaimCalls goes further and handles tasks such as cancelling a plan, chasing an order or booking an appointment.
Is there an AI that cancels subscriptions by phone?
Yes. RaimCalls places cancellation calls for you. Pine AI also advertises cancellations and bill negotiation, from $99.9 a month billed annually.
Does RaimCalls tell people it is an AI?
Yes, on every call. It also never shares passwords or card numbers and never agrees to pay for anything on your behalf.
What is the cheapest AI receptionist for a small business?
Smith.ai has a free plan with 25 calls, and Rosie starts at $49 a month for 250 minutes. RaimCalls starts at $9.99 a month (Personal, no business line) or $17.99 with a business line, and adds something they don't: it makes calls for you too.
Is Ruby worth it versus an AI receptionist?
Ruby uses live human receptionists, from $250 a month for 50 minutes. AI services such as Rosie, Goodcall or RaimCalls cost much less per minute, but they are not human.
Does OpenPhone have an AI receptionist?
Yes. OpenPhone is now called Quo, and its Sona agent answers calls 24/7, with 10 calls included and add-on tiers from $25 a month.
Is RaimCalls on iPhone?
Not yet. RaimCalls is live on Google Play, and the iPhone app is waiting for App Store review.
