Terms of Use

Acceptance
By downloading or using RAIMFUN you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Licence
ECONTEUR LLC grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use RAIMFUN on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial entertainment.
What you may not do
You may not copy, resell, rent, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from the app except where that restriction is prohibited by law.
Cost
RAIMFUN is free. It contains no in-app purchases, no subscriptions, and no advertising. The optional "Support the Foundation" button opens a donation page for RAIMZEAL Health Foundation, Inc. in your browser; donations are voluntary and are not tax-deductible.
Accounts and the winners board
Signing in is optional. If you sign in and add your name to a winners board, that name is shown to everyone who uses RAIMFUN. You agree not to post names that are offensive, hateful, sexual, threatening, impersonate someone else, or contain contact details or links. Names are filtered automatically, anyone can report a name, and names that are reported or break these rules may be hidden or removed, and accounts that repeatedly break them may be deleted. Scores must be earned by playing the game; we may remove scores that were not. You can delete your account at any time in Profile > Delete my account.
Disclaimer and liability
RAIMFUN is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. ECONTEUR LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Apple and Google
Apple and Google are not parties to these terms and have no responsibility for the app. Your use of the app is also governed by the terms of the store you downloaded it from.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted on this page. The licence ends automatically if you breach these terms or delete the app.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
