Privacy Policy

RAIMFUN is a free game for everyone that keeps your mind working and your thinking sharp. It is published by ECONTEUR LLC and sponsored by RAIMZEAL Health Foundation, Inc. There is no advertising, no analytics and no tracking.

If you do not sign in

Every game works without an account. Your scores, progress, settings and any names you add to a winners board are stored only on your device and are never sent to us. You can remove them by deleting the app or using Profile > Reset all progress.

If you choose to sign in (version 1.2 and later)

Signing in is optional and exists for one reason: to put your name on the winners board that everyone playing RAIMFUN can see. You can sign in with Apple or, where available, Google.

• What we receive from Apple or Google: an account identifier only. RAIMFUN asks for no email address and no name, and does not receive your password.
• What you post to the winners board: the name you type, the game, your score and the day. This is public: everyone using RAIMFUN can see it. Please do not use your full real name or anything that identifies you.
• Reports: if someone reports a name, we store which entry was reported and the reason given, so a person can review it.

We use this information only to run the winners board, prevent abuse (for example, limiting how many scores one account can post each day) and review reports. We do not sell or share it, and we do not use it for advertising.

Where it is stored

Winners-board data is stored with our hosting provider, Supabase, on servers in the United States. It is kept until you delete your account, or until we remove an entry that breaks the Terms of Use.

Deleting your account

In the app, open Profile > Delete my account. This deletes your account identifier, every name you posted to the winners board, and any reports about those names, immediately. Progress on your device is left for you to keep or remove. You can also email us; see Delete your data.

Donations

The "Support the Foundation" button opens a donation page run by Stripe for RAIMZEAL Health Foundation, Inc. in your web browser. RAIMFUN itself collects no payment information. Anything you enter on that page is handled under Stripe's privacy policy. RAIMZEAL Health Foundation, Inc. is a Georgia nonprofit corporation and is not yet a registered 501(c)(3), so donations are not tax-deductible.

Age

RAIMFUN is a general-audience game intended for players aged 13 and over, which is the target age group we declare on Google Play. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has signed in, contact us and we will delete that account.

Permissions and third parties

RAIMFUN does not request your location, contacts, photos, camera, microphone, health data or advertising identifier. It contains no third-party advertising or analytics SDKs.

Changes to this policy

If RAIMFUN's data practices change, this page and the app-store privacy disclosures will be updated before that version is released.
