Delete Your Data

This page explains how to delete data associated with the RAIMFUN app, published by ECONTEUR LLC.

If you signed in: delete your account in the app

Open RAIMFUN, go to Profile > Delete my account, and confirm. This immediately deletes your account identifier, every name you posted to the winners board, and any reports about those names.

Delete everything from your device

Delete the RAIMFUN app, or use Profile > Reset all progress. Scores, progress and settings are stored only on your device.

Request deletion by email

You can also email developer@econteur.com with the subject “Delete my RAIMFUN data”. We confirm within 30 days. Tell us the name you used on the winners board and the game, so we can find the right entries.

What is deleted, and what is kept

Deleted: your account identifier, your winners-board names and scores, and reports about them. Nothing is kept after deletion, except that backups made by our hosting provider expire on their normal schedule (within 7 days).

If you never signed in: we hold no data about you. Everything is on your device.
