Delete Your Data

This page explains how to delete data associated with the RAIMSTORM app, published by ECONTEUR LLC.

Delete everything from your device

1. Open RAIMSTORM, go to Records, and tap Reset (tap again to confirm); or
2. Delete the RAIMSTORM app from your device.

Delete your world-board entries

If you posted runs to a world board, email developer@econteur.com with the subject “Delete my RAIMSTORM data” and the nickname you used. We delete every entry under that nickname within 30 days and reply to confirm.

What is deleted, and what is kept

Deleted: your board entries (nickname, scores, run summaries and the random install ID they were stored under) and any reports attached to them.

Kept: nothing. RAIMSTORM holds no account, analytics or advertising data about you.

Retention period: board entries are kept until you ask us to delete them or the board is retired; everything else stays on your device only.
