Acceptance
By downloading or using RAIMSTORM you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Licence
ECONTEUR LLC grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use RAIMSTORM on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial entertainment.
What you may not do
You may not copy, resell, rent, reverse-engineer, decompile, cheat-modify, or create derivative works from the app except where that restriction is prohibited by law, and you may not post forged scores to the world boards.
Nicknames on the world boards
Nicknames are public. Do not use your real name, and do not use a nickname that is offensive, hateful, sexual, threatening, or that impersonates another person or organisation. We filter nicknames, other players can report them, and we may hide or delete any entry without notice. There is no chat and no messaging between players.
Content
RAIMSTORM is a rescue game: the weather is the opponent and people are rescued, never harmed. It contains no weapons, fighting, gambling, loot boxes, advertising, or real-money contests.
Disclaimer and liability
RAIMSTORM is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. ECONTEUR LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Apple and Google
Apple and Google are not parties to these terms and have no responsibility for the app. Your use of the app is also governed by the terms of the store you downloaded it from.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted on this page. The licence ends automatically if you breach these terms or delete the app.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
