Delete Your Data

This page explains how to delete data associated with the RaimAction: Neon City app, published by ECONTEUR LLC.

Delete everything from your device

1. Open RaimAction, go to Settings, and choose the option to reset progress; or
2. Delete the RaimAction app from your device. All gameplay data is stored only on the device.

Request deletion by email

To ask us to delete anything held about you, email developer@econteur.com with the subject “Delete my RaimAction data”. We confirm within 30 days. Because RaimAction uses no account, please include the approximate purchase date and store if you bought Premium Operations, so the anonymous RevenueCat customer record can be located.

What is deleted, and what is kept

Deleted: your stage progress, scores, awards, loadouts, and settings (on device), and on request the anonymous RevenueCat customer record.

Kept: Apple, Google, and RevenueCat may retain purchase transaction records for as long as required for fraud prevention, financial reporting, and legal compliance. RaimAction itself holds no account, analytics, advertising, or server data about you.

Retention period: gameplay data — none beyond your device; purchase records — as required by the stores and applicable law.
