Acceptance
By downloading or using RaimAction: Neon City you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Licence
ECONTEUR LLC grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use RaimAction on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial entertainment.
What you may not do
You may not copy, resell, rent, reverse-engineer, decompile, cheat-modify, or create derivative works from the app except where that restriction is prohibited by law.
Cost and purchases
RaimAction is free to download. Stages 1–88 and Neon Brawl are free. Premium Operations is a one-time, non-consumable purchase (not a subscription) that permanently unlocks stages 89–119 and related content on the store account that bought it. Purchases are made through Apple or Google and are subject to their refund policies. Premium Operations never improves eligibility, odds, or outcomes in any promotion.
Fictional content
RaimAction depicts fictional, bloodless combat against fictional cyber-infected enemies. It contains no gambling, loot boxes, advertising, or real-money contests.
Disclaimer and liability
RaimAction is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. ECONTEUR LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Apple and Google
Apple and Google are not parties to these terms and have no responsibility for the app. Your use of the app is also governed by the terms of the store you downloaded it from.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted on this page. The licence ends automatically if you breach these terms or delete the app.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
