RaimAction: Neon City
Privacy Policy

RaimAction: Neon City is an offline action game that works without an account. Your progress stays on your device. If you buy Premium Operations, Apple or Google processes the payment and RevenueCat validates the purchase so it can be restored.
Information stored on your device
RaimAction stores your stage progress, high scores, credits, awards, loadout choices, weapon mastery, training completion, and accessibility settings locally on your device. This information is used only to run the game and is never uploaded by us.
Purchases
If you view, buy, or restore Premium Operations, Apple or Google processes the transaction under its own terms and privacy policy. RevenueCat, our purchase-validation provider, receives an anonymous app user identifier, the product and purchase history, the receipt or purchase token, device type, operating-system version, locale, and currency code so it can validate the purchase, restore access on reinstall, and prevent fraud. RaimAction never receives or stores your payment-card details.
Information we do not collect
RaimAction does not ask for your name, email address, phone number, location, contacts, photos, camera, microphone, health data, or advertising identifier. It shows no advertising, contains no analytics or crash-reporting SDK, does not sell personal data, and does not track you across other apps or websites.
Sharing
If you choose to share a stage milestone, your device's system share sheet opens with a short message. RaimAction does not receive the destination or a copy of what you share.
Data deletion
You can erase local progress from Settings inside the game. Uninstalling the app also removes its locally stored data, subject to your device backup settings. Apple, Google, and RevenueCat may retain purchase records as required to provide purchases, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations. See Delete Your Data.
Children
RaimAction is rated for teens and adults and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes
If a future version adds accounts, advertising, online play, or any other data collection, this policy and the app-store disclosures will be updated before that version is released.
