RaimCalls
Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 16, 2026
RaimCalls is an app for small-business owners, made and published by ECONTEUR LLC (Georgia, USA). It does two things: an AI assistant that phones other businesses for the owner (cancel, ask, reschedule, wait on hold, report back), and AI that answers the owner's own business line and texts. This policy covers the owner who signs in and the customers and callers the business talks to through RaimCalls. Customer information is handled for the business, which is responsible for having a lawful basis to contact those people.
RaimCalls runs on ECONTEUR's own servers. The same company also runs a separate web service on that platform, so a RaimCalls account is stored on shared ECONTEUR infrastructure. Nothing about your account is shown to or used by any other app, and we do not sell it.
1. Information we collect
- Account: email address, name, phone number, and the identifier from Sign in with Apple or Google if you use them.
- Business setup: business name, services, prices, hours, FAQs and policies you enter so the assistant can speak for the business.
- Customers: names, phone numbers, emails, notes, appointments and messages you add, or contacts you choose to import. The contact picker sends only the contacts you tick.
- Calls, texts and transcripts: a text transcript and summary of each call and message, kept in the business's account. Calls are not audio-recorded.
- Calendar: if you turn on phone calendar sync, appointments are written to a calendar named "RaimCalls" on your device. RaimCalls only adds and updates its own bookings in that calendar; nothing from your other calendars is read or sent anywhere.
- Bills, expenses and job photos: receipts, bill photos, amounts and notes you add. Job photos are private to the owner and the team members assigned to that job.
- Voice: audio during a live voice conversation you start, and a voice sample only if you choose My Voice Clone (see section 3).
- Business registration details: if you register for business texting, your legal business name, EIN and address are sent to our messaging provider and the carriers' registry, as the carriers require.
- Purchases: subscription status from Apple or Google. We never see your card number.
- Device and diagnostics: a push-notification token so we can notify you, and server logs (kept 90 days) used to run and secure the service.
2. How we use it
To run the features you use, keep the service secure, bill for your plan, and answer support requests. We do not sell personal information, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not track you across other companies' apps or websites.
3. AI processing and your consent
RaimCalls uses OpenAI to process speech and language. Before the first time you use a feature that sends your data to OpenAI, the app asks for your permission in a screen that names OpenAI and says exactly what is sent, and you can decline or withdraw later in Settings, Privacy & consent. The features are: a live voice conversation with the assistant (your voice audio and its transcript are sent, the audio is not stored), reading a photo of a bill or receipt, transcribing a voice quote, and drafting a reply. OpenAI processes this only to provide the feature. The permanent key stays on our servers and the app receives a short-lived key that expires after two minutes.
My Voice Clone (Legacy plan, optional): a voice sample is stored only after you accept a written release. Only with a separate, explicit consent is your own recording sent to ElevenLabs to create a synthetic version of your voice. Withdrawing consent blocks new use at once, and we then delete the voice at ElevenLabs. A sample is deleted when the account is deleted, within 30 days after the voice profile is deleted, and automatically if unused for 12 months.
4. Phone calls handled by AI
The AI voices, Eve and Adam, tell the person at the start of every call that they are an AI and that the call is transcribed. Outbound AI calls to a person are placed only to numbers with a recorded record of prior consent, only between 8 am and 9 pm in that person's time, and a number that opts out is never called again. The assistant never gives out passwords, PINs or card numbers and never agrees to pay.
5. Text messages and mobile information
Texts are sent for the business, only with recorded consent and following the owner's settings. Message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Consent is never a condition of purchase. Opt-in data and consent for texting are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing. Scheduled automatic texts wait out quiet hours from 9 pm to 8 am.
6. Service providers
We share information only with the providers that run the service, each only for that purpose: OpenAI (speech and language), Twilio (phone calls and texts), Supabase (sign-in), Railway (hosting and database), Apple and Google (sign-in, purchases and push notifications), Stripe and Paystack (businesses getting paid by their own customers), Resend (email), and ElevenLabs only for an owner who turns on My Voice Clone. If you connect them, Google Calendar and Gmail. Where the owner turns on another messaging channel, that channel's provider.
7. How long we keep it
Account and business records are kept until you delete them, an auto-delete period removes them, or the account is deleted. The law requires us to keep a few records: payment and other financial records, 7 years; records of automated messages sent and their delivery, and consent records, 4 years; usage records, 400 days; voice-sample release records, 3 years. STOP opt-out records are kept even after deletion so opt-outs stay honored. Server logs are kept 90 days. Phone numbers are released 30 days after a plan lapses unless renewed. Data-download files are deleted 7 days after they are ready.
8. Deleting your account
Open Settings > Privacy & consent > Delete account. This erases the business, its customers, conversations and messages, call transcripts, bookings, quotes, documents, notes, automations, voice samples and stored files, and releases phone numbers. The records the law requires are kept de-identified (no names, message content, notes or email addresses) under a new reference not linked to you, each with a purge date. Deleting an account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription; cancel that in your store settings. If you cannot open the app, see how to request deletion.
9. Your data controls
Without deleting the account you can delete individual calls or their transcripts, conversations or messages, customers with or without their history, appointments, quotes, notes and documents, or clear a whole category. You can set transcripts, messages and activity to be removed automatically after 30, 90 or 365 days. Settings > Data & privacy > Download my data prepares a file of your data (never passwords, tokens, uploaded files or voice audio) and tells you in the app and by email when it is ready.
10. Your rights and choices
You can access, correct, download and delete your information in the app, and withdraw any consent. If you are in a region with additional rights, write to us and we will respond within the time the law allows. A customer or caller of a business can ask us or that business to delete their information.
11. Security and where information is processed
Data is encrypted in transit and access is limited to what each person needs. Information is processed in the United States.
12. Children
RaimCalls is for business owners aged 18 and older and is not directed to children.
13. Changes
If our practices change we will update this page and the app-store privacy disclosures before the change takes effect.
