RaimCalls is an iPhone, iPad and Android app by ECONTEUR LLC. Get help here, or write to developer@econteur.com from the email on your account and we will reply within two business days.
Getting started
- Sign in with Apple, Google or email, then follow Setup to enter your services, hours and FAQs.
- Try it without a business number: Calls > Call for me > Practice first places no call, and Hear Eve answer places a short test call to your own verified phone.
- Call for me: tell the assistant who to call and why. It says it is an AI, works the phone menu, waits on hold and reports back with the outcome and any confirmation number. It never gives passwords or card numbers and never agrees to pay.
- Answer my business line: choose Eve or Adam and a business number (paid plans), and set your hours and FAQs.
Common questions
Why doesn't my plan show a business phone number?
The free trial and test purchases don't include a business number. Choose a paid plan, or use Hear Eve answer to hear how your line will be answered.
How do I restore or cancel my subscription?
Plans > Restore purchases, or manage and cancel in your Apple ID or Google Play subscription settings. Deleting your account does not cancel a store subscription.
How do I stop texts or calls to someone?
They can reply STOP to any text. You can also mark a customer Do not contact in the app. Opt-outs are never undone.
How do I delete my data?
Settings > Privacy & consent > Delete account, or see Delete your data.
Emergencies
RaimCalls is not an emergency service. Call 911.
