Terms of Use

These terms are between you and ECONTEUR LLC (Georgia, USA), which makes and publishes RaimCalls. By using RaimCalls you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy.

1. What RaimCalls does

RaimCalls lets a business owner have an AI assistant place calls for them (cancel, ask, reschedule, wait on hold and report back) and AI that answers the owner's business line and texts. When you turn on a feature or tell the assistant to do something, calls may be placed, texts sent and bookings made in the business's name. The service is for business use by people aged 18 and older.

2. Your account

You must give accurate information, keep your sign-in secure and are responsible for activity under your account and for the people you add to your team.

3. Plans, trial and billing

Plans (Foundation, Rise, Reign, Legacy) are monthly subscriptions bought through Apple In-App Purchase or Google Play. They renew automatically until you cancel in your store account settings, at least 24 hours before the renewal date. The price shown in the app at purchase is the price billed. Refunds for store purchases are handled by Apple or Google. Deleting an account does not cancel a store subscription. Foundation includes a 7-day free trial for new subscribers with smaller limits and no business phone number; during the trial and on a paid plan you can use Hear Eve answer, a short test call to your own verified phone number (up to 3 in any 24 hours, each up to 90 seconds).

Each plan includes monthly allowances (for example AI voice minutes, AI outbound calls, AI texts and phone numbers) shown in the app before you buy.

When your customers pay the business through a payment link on your connected Stripe or Paystack account, ECONTEUR LLC keeps a 1.5% platform fee on each payment plus the processor's fees. The business is the seller and is responsible for refunds, disputes and taxes.

4. Calls, texts and consent

You must have the consent the law requires (including under the TCPA) before RaimCalls calls or texts anyone. AI outbound calls to a person go only to numbers with a recorded record of prior consent, between 8 am and 9 pm in that person's time. The AI always says it is an AI and that the call is transcribed; calls are transcribed but not audio-recorded. STOP is always honored. Message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help; consent is not a condition of purchase.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use RaimCalls for spam, robocalls without consent, harassment, impersonating a real person, unlawful recording, collecting sensitive information you may not collect, or anything illegal. RaimCalls is not an emergency service. Voice samples must be your own voice and are used only with your written release.

6. AI output

AI output can be wrong. You are responsible for the information you teach the assistant and for reviewing what it does on your behalf. Nothing it says is legal, financial or medical advice.

7. Your content and data

You keep ownership of your business information and customer data. You give us permission to process it to run the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Phone numbers

Business phone numbers are supplied through our telephony provider and are released 30 days after a plan lapses unless renewed.

9. Ending your use

You can stop using RaimCalls and delete your account in the app at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or the law.

10. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the greater of the fees you paid for RaimCalls in the 12 months before the claim or US$100, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. You will cover claims arising from your unlawful use, including contacting people without the required consent.

11. Apple and Google

If you got RaimCalls from the App Store, these terms are between you and ECONTEUR LLC, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance and is a third-party beneficiary of these terms. For purchases Apple's usage rules also apply. Google Play purchases follow Google's terms.

12. Governing law and changes

Georgia, USA law governs, and disputes go to the state or federal courts located in Georgia. We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept it.
